Cancellation Policy
At Soft Skin Beauty Studio, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our updated booking policy.
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% late cancellation fee.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
✨ No-Call/No-Show Policy
* Clients who miss their appointment without calling or providing notice will be charged a 50% no-call/no-show fee.
* Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.
✨ Late Arrival Policy
To ensure every client receives the best possible service, our late arrival policy is based on the length of your scheduled service:
* Services over 1 hour: A maximum of 15 minutes late is allowed.
* 30-minute services: A maximum of 10 minutes late is allowed.
* 15-minute services: A maximum of 5 minutes late is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window will result in the service being unable to be performed.
Please understand that arriving beyond your allotted grace period may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled, depending on the service and availability. Applicable cancellation fees may apply.
